2.3 Content and Data: You are solely responsible for the content you upload, publish, share, or transmit through ClientSource. By using our platform, you grant ClientSource a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing the services.

Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership: ClientSource and its associated trademarks, logos, and copyrights are owned by ClientSource or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by ClientSource.

3.2 Ownership and specific license granted to user: Illuminated Advisors is the original creator of the content shared herein. As a subscriber, you have been granted a license in perpetuity to publish this article on your website’s blog and share its contents on social media platforms and via email marketing distribution. This subscription grants you no right to distribute the articles or any other content provided to you, or your Firm, by Illuminated Advisors in a printed or otherwise non-digital format. You are not permitted to use the content provided to you or your firm by Illuminated Advisors in videos, audio publications, or in books of any kind.

Privacy

ClientSource respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using ClientSource, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination

5.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your account and discontinue using ClientSource at any time by contacting our support team or using the account termination functionality, if available.

5.2 Termination by ClientSource: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to ClientSource or any part thereof, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.

CLIENTSOURCE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLIENTSOURCE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITEDTO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CLIENTSOURCE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CLIENTSOURCE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF CLIENTSOURCE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ClientSource, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of ClientSource, your violation of these Terms, or any violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

Modifications to Terms and ClientSource

ClientSource reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, effective upon posting the revised version on our website or notifying you via email or other communication methods. Your continued use of ClientSource after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of ClientSource shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Rhode Island.
